"Reverse Seared Prime Rib"
The Queen Anne Way.
Our Prime Rib is prepared as a single roast.
It is slow cooked, at low temperature and then marinated,
seasoned and grilled to caramelize the outside.
Our roast is cooked to "Medium Rare" temperature.
We suggest a Rib Eye Steak
(which is the same meat cut as a prime rib,)
that can be individually marinated, seasoned, grilled
if you desire Medium or Medium Well temperatures.
Sorry, we do not prepare any beef entree to Well Done.
